Shopify (full OAuth), WooCommerce (API key paste), and PrestaShop (API key paste). All three platforms receive HMAC-validated order-create webhooks.
After 24 hours with no reply, COD Verifier automatically cancels the order via your store's API before fulfillment starts. You never ship to an unconfirmed address.
Yes. COD Verifier runs on Meta's Cloud API directly. You connect your WhatsApp Business account during setup. No third-party WhatsApp wrappers.
No. Auto-cancel is core to the service and cannot be disabled for active integrations — it's what prevents you from shipping unconfirmed COD orders. The 24-hour window starts when the WhatsApp message is delivered (or first attempted). Cancelled orders are not recoverable through COD Verifier. See our Terms of Service for details.
From the moment the WhatsApp confirmation message is delivered, or first attempted if delivery is pending. If a platform API failure prevents the cancel from going through, it's retried; persistent failures generate an alert to the merchant email on file.
Phone numbers are hashed before storage. Message content is retained for 90 days for audit purposes, then purged. All data stays in EU (Hetzner Falkenstein) under row-level security. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Custom confirmation message templates are available on the Growth plan. Free and Standard tiers use our default order-detail template.
Upgrades are instant — higher verification limits take effect immediately. No re-configuration needed. Your store connections and message history carry over. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Free includes 10 verifications per month (no card required), Standard ($25/mo) includes 500, and Growth ($49/mo) includes 2,000. Limits reset on the calendar-month billing cycle. On the Free plan, going over the limit pauses verification rather than auto-cancelling your remaining orders.
All data is stored in the EU (Hetzner Falkenstein, Germany) with row-level security per merchant tenant. Under GDPR you can request access, correction, or erasure at any time by emailing [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are at our discretion for billing errors; prorated refunds are not available. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard.
