Email opt-out

Last updated: 2026-06-04

You can stop receiving COD Verifier emails at any time. Here's how — pick whichever is easiest. For the full picture of what we send and why, see the opt-in page.

How to unsubscribe

Use the unsubscribe link. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from non-essential emails — this is the fastest option.
Email us. Send a note to [email protected] from the address you want removed, and we'll take you off the list.
Request data erasure. If you'd like your email address deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, email [email protected]. Under GDPR we respond to erasure requests within 30 days — details in our Privacy Policy.

Waitlist emails

If you only joined the waitlist, there's just one notification scheduled — the message we send when COD Verifier opens to new merchants. Unsubscribing (option 1 or 2 above) removes you before it goes out.

A note on service notifications

Some emails are essential to operating an active account: billing receipts, alerts when an auto-cancel fails and needs your attention, and integration re-consent reminders. These aren't marketing, so unsubscribing from promotional or waitlist mail doesn't stop them. To stop service notifications entirely, cancel your subscription from the billing dashboard after you sign in.
