Email opt-in

Last updated: 2026-06-04

This page explains the emails COD Verifier sends, how you give consent to receive them, and how to withdraw that consent at any time. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

What emails we send

We keep email to a minimum. The only messages we send are:

  • Waitlist notification — if you join the waitlist, we send one email when COD Verifier opens to new merchants. No drip sequence, no marketing.
  • Service notifications — once you have an account, operational messages tied to your use of the service: billing receipts, alerts when an auto-cancel fails and needs your attention, and notices about integrations that are approaching their re-consent expiry.

We do not send promotional newsletters, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use a session cookie for authenticated dashboard access only.

How you give consent

  • Waitlist: you opt in by entering your email on our waitlist form and submitting it. That action is your consent to receive the single launch notification.
  • Service notifications: when you create an account, you consent to receive the operational emails described above. These are necessary to run the service and are sent to the merchant email on file.

How to withdraw consent

You can withdraw consent at any time:

  • Use the unsubscribe link included in every email we send, or
  • Email [email protected] and ask us to remove you, or
  • Visit the opt-out page for step-by-step instructions.

Withdrawing from waitlist or non-essential emails takes effect promptly. Note that essential service notifications (such as billing receipts and failure alerts) are part of operating an active account; to stop those entirely you would cancel your subscription.

Your data
